LEGISLATIVE SUPPORT OF PETROLEUM RESOURCES ASSESSMENT PROCEDURE

Abstract

The authors investigate legal aspects of a range of problems associated with applicable procedures for assessment of oil and gas resources. Comprehensiveness of regulatory relationship management is evaluated. Regulatory conflicts are identified, existing legislation improvement options are proposed.
